What is LLMO / GEO?
It is the work of making ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and similar tools find, understand and correctly mention your business when someone asks them. We fix the information and sources those answers rely on, and we measure mentions, citations and recommendations separately.
What does the free snapshot include?
Eight searches on ChatGPT and Perplexity, repeated over two days (32 runs in total), with a one-page summary and the raw evidence. It is an exploratory sample of where you stand: not a baseline and not a precise measurement. It does not include implementation or an exhaustive technical audit.
Do you guarantee my business will appear in AI answers?
No. Nobody can guarantee placement, leads or revenue in these tools. We commit to defined work, measured and reported with evidence.
When will I see results?
Month 1 is diagnosis and baseline. The earliest possible movement is around week 6, and the first report that can show it is the week 8 (month 2) report. Reviews and off-site work typically show up in months 4–6. Gemini may not move until the quarter-end report.
Why do some monthly reports say "within noise"?
AI answers vary from run to run. With a small monthly sample, only large changes can be told apart from normal variation. We say so up front so a quiet month is not mistaken for failure.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) plus IVA (VAT). We issue CFDI invoices.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes: a 3-month minimum on the monthly plans, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
What is the LLMO Diagnostic, and is it credited?
It is a bounded, independent analysis for MXN 8,100 + IVA. If you sign a plan within 30 days, it is credited against the setup fee.
What is not included?
Paid advertising, media placement fees, full site rebuilds, hosting, bulk translation, legal or medical advice, social media management and call handling. We also do not buy links or reviews.
Which businesses do you work with?
Mexican businesses whose customers are English-speaking travellers, starting with private tour operators. If you are not a good fit, we will tell you after the snapshot.
Do you use llms.txt?
If you ask for it, it is a minor task at no extra cost. We do not present it as a ranking factor.
